Good morning ladies,

I fell asleep at 8:30 pm so I am well rested today. I did Cathe's STS disc 25 - strength - chest/back. it was long but really good. I have been doing a strength rotation of my own for the last 4 weeks and have dropped from a 28 waist to a 26/27!!!!! The back fat is disappearing ladies.

I'm hoping to do L&G today and possibly the cardio portion of KPC. that's the plan let's see how it works out.

Hi Ladies,

Got to sleep in a bit this morning, DH's disability hearing is today so I am not working. We have waited a year, so hopefully things are getting closer to the result we want. We shall see, I never get my hopes up about these things, just too much frustration and time has already been spent on all this nonsense. I just hope for my hubby's sake that he gets his disability approved.

Today was Hiit40/20 on the rebounder, then CLX extreme abs.

Hopefully some yoga after the hearing today. Please keep my DH in your prayers.
 
I did the KPC. Cardio conditioning premix and the L&G standing premix. Good workout
