Today I did more T&D an arms and shoulders workout for 25 minutes. I added on another 10 minute T&D workout for chest and triceps (I could do the remaining 9 minutes I was so spent). I will do my own stretch now.

Today's workouts:
Blender- "Core, Lift & Sweat It!" - 38 min.
Blender- "Mini Ball Core" - 20 min.

Well, today I got carried away here at the gym. I have been here well over 2.5 hours but only I think 2 hours was an actual workout.
I was trying to focus on biceps but did everything else too . I did 3 leg machines, 2 upper body, cables for lat pulldowns and a bicep curl with the cables.
Then onto dumbbells where I went heavier. Started with 17.5 for chest press at 12 reps, the 20's at 16 reps then 25's at 18 reps, then did hammer curls using the same weights, then concentration curls with the same (no 25's)I can't believe I did it with 20's. One arm at a time triceps was done at 17.5 and 20's again can't believe I did it with 20's .
Then seated clean and press with 12.5 and bicep curls up and reverse down with 12.5.
Then I did my usual sled but up to 13 plates to finish.
Then talked for a bit before finishing with floorwork for abs and legs, then bicep popping with 8 pound dumbbells and a few barbell curls not sure the weight. Finished with a stretch. Whew!!
I will feel this all later I am sure.
