Hi Ladies,

Crazy morning already, and I just go into the office!!

Carmen- CTX is a good series. It is older, but really tough. Most of the workouts are under an hour, which was the way Cathe designed it. Each day is a cardio, then a body part, abs and stretch. One workout is Leaner Legs, and then Upper Body Split, which are weight workouts. The rest are a combination of step. hi/lo,kickbox and interval.

Today was CTX Kickbox. I would say it was 60 minutes from start to finish.
 
Hi Conni,

This morning I did Jari Love Ripped to the Core. It's one of her first ones. I am really enjoying Jari Love's style again.

I like CTX and I find her kickboxing workout is similar to the one in 4DS. It packs a punch.

Tomorrow is cardio for me.

Conni - tell me about jari's revved to the max. Is it worth is to get? how often do you do that one?

Carmen - I have not seen you doing any new workouts.....???????

Annette - I hope you get in a workout.

Hi ladies - I posted earlier but it disappeared. I hurt my back yesterday picking up and carrying a case of copy paper :confused:. Its stiff today. I also had a heart doctor appt today and he put a 24 hr heart monitor on me because I've experienced some fluttering arrythmia that seems to clear up when I cough...totally wierd. So no workout today and unless my back feels better probably no workout tomorrow.


I will check in if I can. My brother is now visiting from Rochester. He will be here one week then go home with my mom. Its been nice having the visitors but stressful when I still have to work and cant spend the time with them.

Ladies will you Work out an extra 15 min for me.... will ya? ;)
