Good morning everybody...

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Functional Bootcamp" -30 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 30 min. "No Repeat & Knee Friendly" Rowing & Upper Body Weights/Core Circuit

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym circuit consisting of 3 upper body machines, 2 lower body machines, dumbbells for chest, biceps hammer curls, concentration curls, triceps, and shoulders. (Dumbbells wts were 15, 17.5, and 10's). Elliptical for 10 minutes for cardio (wasn't feeling the sled today) and floorwork for abs and legs. Each ab exercise I did for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest between exercises then a short stretch. 70 minutes total time.

Well, as if I didn’t do enough workouts today, I just finished doing today’s Live and
enjoyed it. 37 min. Of straight upper body. I am done for today..:)
