Hi Everyone,

Today I did Hardstrikes - main program only + a couple of rounds of skogg.

It was my burssday on Monday and Cathe posted a happy birthday on facebook to me yesterday. What!!!! So honoured. I told EVERYONE I know, of course.

Today I went over the cardio portion of my new workout for my class so roughly 45 minutes with just the cardio.

Then I went to the pool, and during the adult swims I did jogging, kicks, and knees in the water for a total of 38 minutes between 2 different adult swim times.

Got lots of sun.

Happy Birthday Ceci! I hope you did something sinful, had a blast and no regrets! I also hope you'll get your workout space back again. Annette, swim workouts sound fun. No need to worry about getting a hot flash in the middle of a sweat fest! I did Kelly Circuit burn today. Nice and simple. I think I'll go big tomorrow. Linda.....now your can move on right? Your know what im talking about girl. Have a great night everyone. Has anyone heard from Elsie? I'm thinking about you.

FitTower Frenzy mix which was lower body/abs...first time I tried any parts of the new workouts..I liked it, but
I think I liked the first 3 DVDs just as much. Seems like more variety to me for some reason, I guess they are less reps
But I think more moves, I dunno, but happy with the new ones. No, I haven't heard from Elsie yet, I do hope she
Is ok and things are ok for her.
