Tammy, I hope you slept. I got about 3 1/2 hours last night and yes, I agree, this week is DRAGGING!!!;(

Today is ME UB split and I MIGHT add on some cardio.

Today is HIIT on the treadmill and B&G weighted abs.Thinking of subbing LIS though for the cardio.....

Tammy~ I hear you on the sleep- I didn't sleep well either last night- that's why I'm thinking of LIS cardio:)

Happy Thursday Morning Lovely Ladies!

ME UB Split today plus I'll be adding on CCv7 to it.


I'm hoping I can get my workout in but I have a feeling I'll be needing to keep my Thursdays open as rest days instead of Sundays since it's the only day off DH gets from work. My poor man works the midnight shift and well I am trying to see if he wants to go out for a run with me instead and do some UB after we get back in.

Hi everyone,

Had some extra time this morning so I really went at it. First I did LIS warm up and cardio, then I did the 4ds Upper Body premix ( for the rotation), then I did the core section from LIS. I was fried by the end, but it was worth it!!

Hi all,

I did the warm up off of PSBB&A then did 2 bicep exercises off of it, then I did 2 bicep exercises off of Slow and Heavy, then in my effort to find a cardio today did a hodge podge of things. I was on Exercise tv because nothing looked good from my workouts (you know how that goes just can't decide and nothing jumps out at you), so I ended up trying 2 workouts before stopping them and doing a Leslie Sansone 2 mile Walk and Tone. They are pretty good workouts.

My weight is still dropping and I really think doing this one body part per day and cardio everyday has helped tremendously because I needed the variety and change. My body was getting too used to my normal routine.

So needless to say I am happy!!!:) :7
