Hi ladies,

Thanks for the prayers, they help me stay strong through all this. DH just getting worse, which is to be expected, but I really hope he sees DS graduate in 2 years. That is my immediate goal. Who knows, maybe one of these attempts at helping him will actually work? We shall see tomorrow...

Love your mishmash yesterday Siobhan, I may have to do something like that for BM 2 coming up on Saturday.

Today was Total Body Trisets - Upper Body. Why do I not feel the love for this one????

Today I did Born to Move Workout 1 Segment 1 - it was tough. It was about an hour and I had to modify, drop the weights and just not do some moves. I was drenched in sweat - it was pouring off me. Wow. And that was only the first hour of like 3 hours on this dvd.

Yes - mish mosh is for me. It keeps me interested. I wish I could do a rotation like you do, conni. I feel trapped though. Like I am being told what to do even though I want to want to be told what to do. It's complicated. ha ha.

I was so sorry to read what you wrote this morning. I will pray for you and your family.

Hi gang,

I did 10 min. of heavy shoulder and biceps work, yesterday's taebo workout really did a number on my triceps (because I had just done them on Tuesday and I forgot that that workout has lots of triceps in it) so I didn't hit them again today. I would have done chest but I did NOT feel like dragging my step into the room :eek: sorry.

Then I did the Taebo Express workout the Express Abs, and for cardio did the Combo Express.


Weight did not come down again like I thought it should so maybe tomorrow morning will be the day.

Conni, continuing to pray for your hubby and you, God knows what you can handle and won't give you more than He is willing to carry you through.:)
