I am sweating bullets today the humidity is 76%. I did 33 minutes of Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickbox basically until I couldn't stand the sweat rolling off of me.LOL!

Late today. This morning I did.... RWH Ply 1 + STSMeso 2 - biceps plus my own shoulders exercise.
