Annette, I am so sorry that your recovery has been so painful and you are unable to sleep, etc. You will continue to be in my prayers....take care....

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Body Shop: Back, Shoulders & Chest" - 25 min.
YT- Tone Up with a Med Ball- 10 min.
YT- Phoenix Nation- Jump Rope & Kettlebells - 10 min. (as always, jump rope is done low impact)
Blender - "STS 2.0 Add-on: Active Recovery & Stretch" - 8 min.

Sorry about getting the dates wrong yesterday. Not sure what happened there. Today I did Hard Strikes - the whole thing (wow) and added on Xtrain 100 rep challenge for biceps. Hard Strikes never disappoints.

Annette- So sorry to hear that you are not able to sleep or rest due post op pain. I'm keeping you in my prayers. I'm sure you've already done so , if not reach out to your doctor maybe he can help.
Sending you healing thoughts and prayers to release you from pain and discomfort so you can sleep and recover from surgery.:)
