Today is my Friday :D :D :D I'll be doing CC#1 revised and ab work this morning.

I have spin class and GSC&T Timesaver on tap for today.

Tammy: The tat is almost totally healed but I developed a reaction to something...I think it might have been the lotion I was putting on it. It's funny as it didn't do anything to the tat itself but I have developed red itchy pimple or mosquito bite looking bumps around the tat that are DRIVING ME INSANE!!! Tats themselves can itch during healing and you aren't supposed to scratch them. I want to give it 2 full weeks to heal before I scratch the tat itself so that means I can't scratch the "reaction" w/o looking in the mirror to see that I'm not bothering that tatttoo! ARGH, it's driving me CRAZY!!!!!!!!

Anyway...that LONG explanation is my reason for not posting a pic yet. The tat is lovely but the skin around it looks icky so I am waiting for that to clear up before I take the pic!

Tammy, it's my Friday too this week!

I will be crazy busy today because I ended up babysitting yesterday too! My SIL was off work and supposed to have that covered, (my daughter went on a 4 day vacation with a friend) but then called at the last minute and I had Brayden until 7:30 last night !
Needless to say, not much got done! But we DID have fun!:D

Today I will be finishing laundry, and STARTING packing and cleaning and doing all the errands! eek! OOPS .....almost forgot I need to cut the grass too!

I am doing upper body & would love to do cardio too if I have the time. I have no idea what though.....I haven't even thought about it yet!

EEK at all the itching Wendy!!! I hope it settles down soon!

Tammy, Have fun with Sean. I worked out with him yesterday. ahhhhh;)I had my bad leg and ab workout and then hours later talked myself into doing CC#2 and was so glad I did.

I'll be back AFTER my workout.

Good morning,

My back is finally starting to feel better. It is still bothering me and I cannot do cardio yet, but it is getting better. Today I did PLB and Coremax 1. Maybe tomorrow I can start some low impact stuff, I am dying to do some dancing!!

Connie, I'm glad you're starting to feel better. Do you think you're doing too much too fast?? I hear you on the cardio though....I can't stand it when I have to take cardio breaks.:(

I ended up doing step from BM2 plus MM U/B . Was about 70 minutes and I was sweating with the step and shaking with the weights, so I consider it a success!}(

Now, I gotta get busy cleaning!;(
 
Way to go Becky! That sounds like a good workout mishmosh!

I probably am doing too much, but I too obsessive compulsive to allow myself to rest very much. I know it is not a good thing, but I need to do something!!!
 
Hello All! I did the IMAX3 premix last night followed up with MM upper body premix. This morning I did the KickMax low impact premix (it's very unusual for me to squeeze in an a.m. workout, especially since my workout last night lasted until 10:30pm :eek: ) I had to get moving because hopefully Tammy and I will catch up this pm and I also have to pack for my weekend away before I crawl into bed and read more of "Jimmy Page: Magus, Man, Musician."

Wendy: Zoiks! I hope the itchiness goes away. My friend has the same issues but at the end of the day all was well and she was very pleased.

Becky: It sounds like your chores will provide you with what our friend Cathe would call a bonus ;-)

Conni: I am so glad to hear you are on the mend. Hang in there!

Phyllis: I've done that combo before and really enjoyed it. I don't know if my butt felt the same though!

Hello Chickadees!

Today is another cardio day with abs... I fell off my rotation this week, anyway I think an itread is in order not sure which yet lol

Even with central air it is hot and humid, and even with all the water I'm drinking my workouts are not the slam bang ones that I like, I'm having a hard time breathing and completing a workout that is normally not hard to do actually, ugh anyway I hope you all have a great day and great effective workouts.... would working out before dawn help with this feeling? If I can ever get up that early? Trying to workout at my normal time is becoming hard for me as by 7 am it's already up in the 80's :(
 
Hi all, I did select leg exercises off of Muscle Max then did the floorwork off of PLB and abs off of MIS for my workout.

I met my first weight goal yesterday so I am a happy camper!!!:7 :)

I just got back from dinner w/Beavs (Thanks Patti! :9). Dinner was delish and the company even better.

Vilma ~ We finally got a break from the heat today. I know my water intake has doubled the last few weeks.

Patti ~ You already know I'm impressed by your two workouts in less than 12 hours :eek:!!!

Conni ~ I get antsy from lack of cardio too...it just helps to de-stress me.

Phyllis ~ Have the leg DOMS set in yet? That sounds like a tough combo.

Wendy ~ I would have scratched the living life out of it by now :eek: Hope it feels better soon.
 
Just finished the first 30 mins of Yoga X. I hadn't done any yoga since my last recovery week and that was THREE WEEKS AGO!:eek: It felt good to finally get to it again. :)

Spin is in the bag but I bagged my upper body work out today but will get it done before the weekend is up!}(

Tammy and Beavs: How cool that you ladies got to meet over dinner!

Beavs: Glad to hear everything with your friend cleared up and healed nicely. I am sure mine will too. I am using neosporin and hydrocortisone cream alternately on rash and it seems to be helping.

Tammy: Trust me there is nothing I'd like to do more when it starts to itch then to hap-hazzardly start tearing my skin apart with my nails!:eek: :7
