Good morning everyone,

It's almost the weekend.

Today I did Slow and Heavy - Legs, Cross Fire Circuit Blast sans warm up/cool down and then moved onto Pilates Plus - Pure Core Segment :eek::eek::eek:. And finally, I stretched. Time for the shower.

I hope you all get to workout today. Carmen - busy lady!!!!! But so lucky with the new kitchen.

Carmen - wow, your kitchen is moving along quickly! I am just pea green with envy - I would love a new kitchen....or a new anything, I guess, lol!

Today was legs - I did 4DS Bootcamp Leg circuit. Wasn't planning on the cardio, but I am just getting tired of the pyramids.

Annette - Do not despair, the heat causes swelling and retention.
