It's almost the weekend.
Today I did Slow and Heavy - Legs, Cross Fire Circuit Blast sans warm up/cool down and then moved onto Pilates Plus - Pure Core Segment

. And finally, I stretched. Time for the shower.
I hope you all get to workout today. Carmen - busy lady!!!!! But so lucky with the new kitchen.
