Gotta go to court this morning for the hit and run accident my car was involved in x( so I won't be working out until later in the day...

Good Morning Tammy, and Hi everyone who checks in later!!

This morning I did LM cardio only, Imax2, 6-10 , and total body stretching #1 with the SB.

Good workout!! I'm feeling stronger and stronger, just wasn't ready for all intervals yet, so I modified on LM.

Carole, I finally saw your pictures. They are beautiful!! You and your hubby look good together!!! I love your animal pics and also the gorgeous scenery!! It's nice that so many people are adding pictures now .....makes it seem even more like we "know" eachother. :D

Today is LowMax AND (can you believe there is an "and" here) intervals 6-10 of IMAX2!! Oh boy!!
 
Hi all,

Did a long walk with my doggies. It's about all I can do right now. First time out of the house since Sunday. Feeling better, bur weak. That's what no food does to you, I guess ;-) Did start back on veggie juices today to get some vitamins in. And toasted white bread. And tea with honey ofcourse.

I only powerwalked yesterday so I did Imax2 and abs from C&W's and will do HSC after work and I'll be caught up on my rotation.

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I over slept and had to squeeze my workout in while my preschooler was at school. I did SB wu,step combo 3, GS shoulders,Bis and Tris (I picked two exercises for each body part).

Today I did LowMax. I did have a kickbox workout on my schedule but LowMax was calling my name. I love the lower body burn I get with this workout.

Wendy: doesn't feel like everything happens at once. I hope things settle so you can get your workout in.

Dutchie: easy does it.:) (Man, I hate stomach bugs)

Hi Everyone :)

Well guys, I’m back on board, my twelve week rotation was shot down (ISSUES) :-( ;( that put me behind a week & a half, going to officially restart week one this Sunday ;)

However me hopped back on the wagon yesterday with a blast Imax 2 blast that is Ouch! I love this workout. I set my clock for 5:30am this morning but couldn’t get me buns up, guess I’ve to retrain myself again for morning workouts. But its okay I am mentally ready.

Any who, tonight Kick max...........

All the hardcore series I purchased haven’t done one yet except KM but its on!

Dutchie – I hope you are feeling better :)

I didn't know you were sick but I was sick last week with a stomach bug and I really feel for you! It really kicked my butt! I am making a comeback this week after taking a whole week off the rotation , or any exercise at all.

I hope you are feeling much better now and that you feel stronger each day. Take it slow, gets lots of fluid and rest, and don't push too hard with the exercise at first. I learned that the hard way!!
 
Hi Ladies...

Thought I'd check in quickly...

I just finished up my work out, which almost didn't happen today again! I sqeezed in SOMETHING...I had to!}( I did not have nearly enough time to commit to doing what I was supposed to do-Tear It plus 30 mins of Cathe cardio so I opted for about 45 mins of cardio instead...I took the cue from the January rotation but shortened it up LOTS! I did the first three intervals of lowmax followed by the first 3 intervals of imax 2. It was a nice compact but hard-workin' sweat!;)

Today is YogaX. I haven't done it yet because I had to have my statement taken by a civil rights and diversity compliance officer at the organization where I used to work. It was weird being interviewed. I represented that organization for five years (I'm an attorney), and now here I am, no longer employed by them due to a recent political shift in the office. (A new boss was hired and they got rid of all of the old staff, attorneys, secretaries, you name it.)

I just turned on my computer today (1/13/06) and realized I never hit post yesterday.
