Good Morning Everyone,

I checked in late for yesterday's check in - like this morning :(

Today I did Mike D. youtube 26 minute tabata workout + Cathe WB my own EDT Xtrain legs/back for 15 minutes. Sweatfest.

I cannot believe it's almost mid january already.

Hi Ceci,

Today I did Taebo's 'This is Taebo ' which was 51 minutes long then I did an Upper Body Flexibility segment off my Pilates DVD, which was 23 minutes long.

Hope everyone to follow gets a great workout in.

Hi Siobhan & Annette and all still to follow,

It's definitely crazy that it is already mid January. Soon it will be time to start planning and booking a summer vacation!

The idea of a sunny vacation is nice. It's been raining non-stop today. Not great for riding your bike to and from places.

I did another new to me S&S today... PHA. Loved it!
I loved both PHA on Cathe live, but that was no guarantee I would love the dvd. So glad I do, as I am more likely to return to it if it left a good first impression.
