Good morning ladies,

Carmen - Do you like Peak 10 Cardio? I have yet to try that one.

Tammy - I have to keep changing my workouts or I get bored and don't feel motivated. At 4:30 am, I have to feel motivated!!

Today was cardio intervals - I did Petra's Bootcamp Boogie and then the Stablity Ball from PUB.

Almost Friday......:eek:
 
Good morning all - this week is just flying by...yes? Today its Chalene's Lean Circuit 3. I will try to do a short burst of cardio afterwards to make up fo yesterday...sort of.

Tammy - I hope you get back to feeling your old self very soon.

Connie - I did Peak 10 cardio only once and only did block 1, 3, & 5 but it was a good work out. Although I needed a little longer recovery time. I'm looking forward to doing it again...perhaps I'll do the other two blocks today after Lean.

Should be a great day today at work...boss is out of town...woo hoo!

I hope you get a little cardio in Carmen...maybe you needed a bit of a break.

Tammy...I am so glad your MIL is home. I hope she is feeling better and resting.

I am going to do JM's Shred again. I'm tired but I can pull it together for 20 minutes.

This morning was Cathe's Cardio Core workout...I have grown to love this workout...it packs a lot into 50 minutes.
