Good morning Conni,
This morning I did STS Total Body premix (sans abs) + the Body Max 2 step segment from Cathe's Greatest Hits DVD. I then added on Amy Dixon Core work from Hiit it Big. I might do some Suzanne Bowen Pilates tonight (10 minute segment only).
Good workout Conni. I really should pull that one out. It's a good one.
I like Hiit it Big. It's different. Some of the moves are trickier than the others. I like Breathless Body 1 the best, then 2 and now 3. I am a real fan of Amy.
My DD is really getting into working out again. Her favourite is Cathe. She is doing Supercuts after school today and has been doing X10 lately. Her friends are doing a lot of Tonique and Jari ha ha. I even bought one of my DD's friends a 15 pound KB.
Annette - Ouch - sorry about the knee. I hope it heals fast.
