Hi everyone,
I seem to go up and down. Finally - today - I think I am truly on the mend.
i managed to work out late in the day as I was feeling even better.
I did Leah Sarago Lower Body and STS Meso 1 disc 5 - back/tri (I did about 30 minutes) then I did a short 10 minute pilates workout.
Good workouts ladies.
