Good Morning Ladies,

Just starting us off.... Not sure I am going to workout. I am under the weather but so do not enjoy missing my workouts. Hmmmmm....
 
So I managed a 35 minute WB blender upper body workout of PUB/RUUB. It was enough for this struggling cathlete today.

I know I say this over and over again but.......... that workout blender is worth it's weight in gold! there is nothing else like it on the planet for me. the Planet!!!!!

Oh Ceci...you too? We're all getting sick. I kind of hurt everywhere and I'm so tired. Today I overslept!!! I thought I could do a quick cardio but simply pooped out. I pulled out Classical Stretch and managed that w/ some foam rolling. When I don't work out it feels like I forgot my morning coffee. Blah. Anyway, I hope everyone is on the mend soon. Hi gals,

Today I subbed for the Zumba lady and did my Disco circuit workout, they loved it!

That was 53 minutes then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical now I am done.

Hope you enjoy feel better soon, my dh is fighting off another cold. Better stop kissing on him[emoji6][emoji4].

Hey, so glad to hear that your classes are going so well, Annette. Sounds like a lot of fun! :)
Oh, get better soon you guys! :( It certainly has been an awful season for bugs!! I wonder how Henriette has been doing? Ceci, RUUB while sick? Dang it girl!! ;)
I am not working out today. Rest (errands!). lol.

Peg, I hope you don't mind me "advising" here ....it is not a good idea to do any lymphatic stimulation like foam rolling while you have a virus or a possible virus. (I have a course/certification in self myofascial massage and ball rolling ;)). ((hope you're feeling better before long)).
