Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today I'm doing cardio coach #4 on the treadmill. I need to rev up the ole metabolism. I'm not sure what's going on with me, but all of a sudden I'm struggling w/weight gain.

Hello ladies,

Yesterday was SH shoulders and cardio but had to take off,so I will be doing it today instead of the original rest day. No cardio will be done though since foot is acting up.

Yesterday ME... today - 40 minute steady state run, 15 minutes of AB Hits, and SM#2.
 
Afternoon ladies,

Did a 5K steady state run this morning plus PLB UP only. Still have to do my core, so maybe tonight after shopping I'll do CM #1.

BTW, a colleague asked me out: it caught me totally by surprise so I wasn't very diplomatic in my response (NO !!!) Have a (business meeting) with him next week and I do feel very uncomfortable now.

Hello everyone.

I'm sure you have seen my thread re the request for thoughts and prayers for my son. He is in good spirits and sleeping in. I've been truly amazed by the outpouring of support in the community, friends, family and the catheites !

I actually was able to muster up a little energy to do L & G last night however it wasn't my priority.

He is sleeping in and last night said he would go to school for part of the day. Pray he does well.

I'll do something for Body Blast later today depending on how things go

Hi to everyone else :)

Tuesday I did PUB up only. I went heavy with the weight. I was quit sore yesterday. I took yesterday as a rest day. I worked second shift Tuesday night. This morning I did wu SB, first step combo,L&G leg press through plie squats with the lunges, then did SB combo two then L&G drop squats through plie squats. It was different but sweaty. I would have continued until the floor section but ran out of time.

I will do this mish-mosh agian but make sure I have more time:+

Hi good morning everyone, yesterday I did Firm it Up, TJ lower body blast, TJ 20 minutes workout,the 10 minutes workout carb burner and 1 hour of stationary bike. Today I will do Mix it Up of the Slim Series, Turbo Jam cardio party nº 2 and stationary bike. Have a great day everyone.

Hi everyone I did KPC... Gosh I love that one. Body blast is perfect for this week - Intensity was just taking tooo much out of me. I think 2 weeks of intensity next time!
