Good morning ladies,

Carmen - I use my rebounder for the high impact stuff in the Peak workout. I like it somewhat better, but the workout just seems rushed or something. What do you think of those bells??

Tammy - Last day year, I just love cramming a week of work into a couple of days...yes?

Today was intervals- I did 4 with Jillian, BFBM, and then the dvd froze, so I put in CLX BIO and did that workout all the way through, then added CLX Extreme Abs.

Hi ladies! Today I attempted my new Rapid Fire Kick Box and core Burn by Susan Chung. Great DVD with lots of premixes that clock in at 40 min and under. I didnt do the heavy bag or the core work. I have lots of work to do on my form. I will definately add this one to my rotations.

Got all my Saturday house cleaning chores done today!!! Woo hoo!

Connie thank you for starting us off. I agree the peak 10 moves too fast with the weighted moves. I'm feeling it a little in my back today dont know if that was from yesterday's peak work or not. I will definately do it again, but I will not move at her speed. The bells dont really bother me....yet.

This morning was CTX Power Circuit Cardio followed by 100 swings with my new kettlebell :D

Conni ~ LOL! It was indeed an interesting week at work. Great innovative workout for you today...very creative.

Carmen ~ WOW! You packed a lot into today. Good for you. I'm doing my Saturday chores on Sunday.

I'm having lunch with Patti (beavs) tomorrow, can't wait to see her.
