Good Thursday Morning Friends,

Today I did a MH Lower body workout + a Mike?? Six Pack short cuts tabata workout. Even my forearms are drenched. It's the heat.

Hi ladies,

Cize is the new Beachbody dance workout program from Shaun T. Verrrry dancy and similar to Zumba. I have been pleasantly surprised that it gets the heart rate up even with the tifting and the hip hop dance moves. Each workout is harder than the last, so I am anxious to do some of the harder ones. He uses actual music by the artist for the finished product, and the workout routine fits perfectly with the music. So far a decent dance workout that can be used in a steady state cardio rotation.

Today was Cathe Intensity, everything but the Bootcamp segment. I was a sweaty fool, lolol.

Today was 45 minutes of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme. Sweaty here to, I think the humidity is up today.
