Hi ladies,
Cize is the new Beachbody dance workout program from Shaun T.  Verrrry dancy and similar to Zumba.  I have been pleasantly surprised that it gets the heart rate up even with the tifting and the hip hop dance moves.  Each workout is harder than the last, so I am anxious to do some of the harder ones.  He uses actual music by the artist for the finished product, and the workout routine fits perfectly with the music.  So far a decent dance workout that can be used in a steady state cardio rotation.
Today was Cathe Intensity, everything but the Bootcamp segment.  I was a sweaty fool, lolol.
