Today is PUB & Itread 13 30

Have a nice feeling of Doms on my bottom from the leg work yesterday, so I know they were worked good although the floor work I did yesterday already told me lol

Nothing to report about today. I slept in a little.

JC Penney's is coing to my house today to help me redo stuff in the living room - windows and other decorating ideas. I'm not very good at that stuff, so I'm begging for help! LOL! I need new carpeting as one of the seams is separating. That couldn't be from me using it as a gym now, could it? ;)

Today was 30min on the treadmill, MIS abs, stretch max #3.

Vilma~ I have DOMs in my quads from PLB!! surprised cuz the floorwork was what burned by hamstrings!LOL

Yesterday was 30 min. itread, shoulders & calves
Today is 30 min. cardio (I'm thinkin' step;-) ), bi's/tri's and abs.

After the whole week of lousy sleep, last night I finally slept almost 7 full hours and I feel like a new person ! :D :D

Hi everyone,

Today was a fryer day. Not intensity wise, BRAIN wise! I did the new Deirdre Morris Tap Less workout from CIA and my head was practically spinning. I think she is a little more complex than Amy, if that is possible. I should get this one next time, but I was doing alot of "oops" on this one today.

HI all,

I talked to my dad this morning, he hoped to go home today but his breathing isn't doing good and he is on his oxygen all the time right now (remember he has pulmonary fibrosis also and really needs to use his oxygen more than he does) so he isn't sure when he will go home.

I did S&H triceps(most all of it) then did regular curls and hammer curls for biceps off of S & H also, then did overhead press for shoulders and abs off of MIS for my workout today.
