Hi ladies,

Carmen - I hate repetition and Tabatasize is full of that, although I think its the blasts in between that seem to drive me nuts.

Having said that I did Tabatasize 1-5 today. Maybe I am getting tired of the drills or something, I don't know.
Anyways, did the whole thing...

the video company just posted a youtube trailer for Hello Dolly. DS is the goofy one on the end ( most of the time on the left end of the group)..

:)Thanks Conni, that video looks like sooo much fun, and everybody is having fun.

I did CTX Upper Body Split but only did shoulders, and part of biceps and then Leaner Legs abs. Then I did 21 min. of CTX Kickboxing for some cardio.

Hope you all get a great workout in.:)
