This week went by fast!! This morning I will doing Ellen Barrett's Crunch Burn Pilates.

Good morning everyone,

This morning I did 45 minutes of Bob Harper's latest Cardio DVD. The first 20 minutes are tough but then it turns into more of a plyo workout - it's a goodie but I wanted to do a short pilates segment so cut it short.

Thursday - but feels like Friday. I am off to Ottawa this weekend to see my MIL.
