Today will be hills on the treadmill, push-ups and ab work. Hope everyone has a good day, I'll try to check back later.
 
Today will be cardio and catch up on jillian ripped in 30 week two. Wish me luck.

Today I did Cathe's Cardio Kicks - an oldie but a goodie. I love the drills at the end. I love Cathe.

Today was Jari's GER 1000 with the cardio on the rebounder.

Can we say sweaty mess??????
 
Doctor calls today to tell me bad cholesterol is up 29 points!! Tells me to exercise more and eat less fats (uh...I thought that's what I was doing~!)

I'm searching online for foods that lower cholesterol.... Any advice how you keep yours in check?

When I got home from work I decided to try Tracey Mallett's Pilates Super Sculpt in its entirety. Loved it again. My stomach actually feels flatter!

Carmen - have you ever tried food combining? or the Hay system? you can eat what you normally eat - pretty much - but you have to separate your foods - carbs from protein - it should help with the cholesterol - just a thought. not sure you'll see this post or not. just thought I'd throw that in. I hope all is well no matter.
