I overslept but I am hoping to get a quick run in on the treadmill.

No idea on workout yet, maybe some lower body and abs. MAYBE a walk this morning before it gets TOO unbareable out there too.

I'm back !

I walked 30 minutes with my dog (okay cardio, but mostly a good warm up), then did my own mishmosh leg workout . I did from Butts & Gutts , warmup, long set of walking lunges, firewalkers, long set of walking lunges again and firewalkers again. then did the leg conditioning drills from KM !
With the walk it was a one hour workout.
I need to add on abs, but that will have to be later!

The morning seems to be getting away from all of us today, huh?:eek:

Nice mishmosh Becky, very creative!!

I did Imax 3 today, with all the intervals on my rebounder. I actually think my heart rate was higher using the rebounder than just doing the intervals as is. Is that my imagination, or do you guys experience the same thing??

Conni: Sounds like that rebounder is working out great for you :) Imax3 on the rebounder sounds good for the joints :)

I did PS triceps, minus dips, then did abs off of MIS and about 15 min. of taebo for some cardio.
