Today is 40 min on the treadmill followed by pull-ups and ab work.

this morning i did P90X shoulders and arms + 1/2 of abs ripper - running out of time and steam. thank goodness tomorrow is the start of a long weekend.

Yes, I am also glad we get a long weekend, although I would not complain if it started now!!

Today was Hiit- I did Hiit 30/30 and BG Stability Ball workout.

Good morning ladies - today is Body by Jake's - total body workout.

Almost done with this rotation. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to one week of yoga and stretching.

Today is my Friday....woo hoo! :D

Hi all,

I did 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing a Kelly Coffey-Meyers workout today for my cardio. I was down a little more today so that is a very good thing.

My hubby is taking tomorrow ;)off so I might not get a workout in but I have done 4 days straight of cardio so that is very good.:)

Have a wonderful 4th of July weekend if I don't come back with another workout.:D

I got my new dvd's for my bday in the mail today - finally - we have had a lengthy postal strike here. I had to try out one of them so i did tracey effinger's squeeze stronger - lower body plus abs when i got home. i really liked it. the abs section is outstanding.

I also got (as per recommendations from this site) atletica, centre floor, the booty barre and michelle dozois's cardio interval burn. I've also pre-ordered cathe's low impact set too. I can't wait. i wish i could somehow share what i've bought with you all. ah well.
