Oh !! Pooh! Okay, that just is a lesson not to jump the gun!! ha
:eek: I got so excited about another freebie , that I just went and ordered thinking it had to be 13/30.
I'm not really a sprint person.....would have ordered the walking series.
Oh well!!

Tammy, how do you get the codes???
 
Vilma ~ iTread 13/30 is a great workout that I would consider a great HIIT workout. A warmup and then six sprints/recoveries and a cooldown. I loved how I felt when I finished it. Yup...Grace recommends doing it just once/week. I use my treadmill for the iClimbs and just modify my intensity...sometimes doing sprints and sometimes doing hills. I like Coach Keith much better than Grace.

I haven't tried Coach Keith, but Grace WHOOPS and shrieks too much for my taste, so I'm glad to try one done by someone else.

I just finished my work out and I am laughing at myself because I changed it up at the last minute again! I had B&G overall legs premix on tap and had the dvd IN THE PLAYER! I put my work out clothes on and then decided at the last minute that I just wasn't in the mood for B&G for whatever bizarre reason so I pulled out Firm It Up instead.

Hey...I stayed on track and worked lower body atleast! That work out IS a tough one. I must say! I used ankle weights for part of it which I had never done before. All I can say is OMG-OUCHEES!}( The work out also includes abs which ended up being a nice lil' bonus for me today. :)
 
Evening everyone.... I wound up spending half the day with my little man! DIL came to town and met me and we had lunch, did a little more shopping. That made my day! It is a little harder to get around when you have a baby with you but IMO it is WELL WORTH IT! My last stop was Sam's Club for just a few items and Joseph was asleep so we just took him out of the car seat and DIL pushed the buggy and I held my sleeping baby walking around Sam's Club.

I had a feeling that L&G Xtreme was going to be evil!!! I have it coming up on Sunday and I work Sunday too!

Vilma/Tammy - I got the free iTrain. I got the new iSculpt Ballet #18. Tammy - I recently bought Microsoft Office 2003 and about a week ago I accidently clicked on a pdf file which would have instantly locked up my computer (been doing this for over two years) but to my amazement, it opened right up!! I don't know if it was the new software (I think abdobe is piggybacked on it) or what but I was able to download and view the pdf file that came with the iSculpt. It looks good! It has barre, floor, and cool down sections.

Need to change into some jammies and hit the bed early. Back to work tomorrow.
 
Jane ~ I have that iSculpt Ballet#18/Nip & Tuck. I like it. It gets right to the point and is a great add on workout.
