Morning ladies! what a wonderful day I had! My son and his GF surprised my and showed up at the house! Then we all went to dinner - me, DH,DS and GF, DD and BF. Good food, great company! I didn't have cake - but indulged in ice cream! I'm not a big cake eater and they know that.

So, back to reality today, if I must!

How thoughtful of your son to come spend time with you on your birthday !!!! :)

Today I think is just yoga. Will see how that feels and maybe add something else on .
We leave tomorrow for FLORIDA !!!!! We're spending Thanksgiving there with my mom & dad. :) :)

Glad you had a good birthday, Phyllis, you deserve it!

Tammy - I did BC today, with the cardio on the rebounder. It didn't kick my butt like it has in the past though...
I will definitely be subbing tomorrow's workout for another step workout.;)

Becky - Have fun in Florida, we will miss you and be soooo jealous!
 
It feels wonderful Tammy!!!;) The doctor was very pleased with my progress... my one bone still isn't laying flat but he says I have some sort of disorder that some people have that causes my big toe to not lay down flat when I am standing so the rest of my foot compensates. My orthotics should help to correct so alas I thought maybe I could not wear them as often but I guess that is not in the picture, sigh.

I have a sneaker on today and it feels good. I still have some swelling which I read could last up to 6 months. I can do low impact aerobics and no heavy weighted leg work for now. I go back in about 7 weeks for hopefully my last post op appt.

I did select work off of Gym Style Back,Shoulders and Biceps for my workout today.

I am finally seeing more definition in my biceps with all my mixing up of my weight workouts so that is a good thing.
