Morning everyone....

Yesterday was an unexpected rest day. Daddy was admitted to the hospital again with a hemoglobin of 6. He was white as a sheet! But he was his old self and giving the doctor in the ER his medical history in a great detail. His mind is excellent as always. They were going to transfuse him four units of blood and get him into a room. The hospital is full so they were waiting on a bed.

I've got to work til 1, then up to the hospital for training on a new system 2-5. It is going to be a very long day.

Doubt any workout today. I did get my DVD's yesterday though. I can't wait to look at them!

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers for daddy.. Phyllis - he is bleeding from his GI tract again. I'll find out more today after all the specialists have been in to see him how they are going to proceed.

I did want to mention that Champion has their sports bras on sale again for $19.99 until 11-4-07.

I previewed a little last night....omg! I can't wait to start, but think I maybe wait since Cathe posted that the November rotation will feature the new workouts!

Sooooo I have GS back, shoulders & biceps to do today.
I can't believe it, but my CALVES -a body part that rarely gets doms, are still screaming from GS legs a few days ago !!! ouch...even hurts to walk !

Good Morning Ladies.

I went out last night and "indulged" so I now am fighting a slight hangover. :-( My work out will depend on when I start to feel better.

Ultimately though, I'd like to do Biceps and Triceps weight work from the new series w/a 20-30 minute run.

Tammy: Sorry I didn't answer your question about BBC y'day. I didn't do a full BBC rotation but this is how I used them last:

Day 1: BBC arms and abs including cardio
Day 2: Run 30 mins
Day 3: BBC shoulders and back including cardio
Day 4: BBC legs and butt weights only + 30 min run
Day 5: BBC chest and abs including the cardio
Day 6: Run 30 mins
Day 7: Rest

I wanted to continue using them but all heck broke loose cause I got sick with this stupid chest cold so my rotation was no longer. x(
And now that I have Cathe's new stuff...well, you know how that is! LOL :p

Hi everyone,

Jane - Prayers for your father and strength for you to deal with everything.

Today was CTX Upper Body and Ab Hits. I really cranked up the weight today, I figured why not? I can barely move from B & G and HLX so what the heck????
 
Jane, praying for you dad, hope they stop the bleeding soon.

I did the warm up and squats and plie squats off of Muscle Max, then did (with my lower back screaming the whole timex( :eek: :( ) the floorwork off of PLB, then did abs off of MIS with stretch.

Tomorrow should be upper body again. Still need my cycle to start so I can stop eating everything in site, UGH!!!:eek:

Good Afternoon.

Well, the gym went by the way side. I was feeling waaay too ill this morning for the run to happen. I'll be giving LIS a go after the weight work instead. I'm going to work out in a few minutes.

Phyllis: I like Jari's work outs. Get Ripped is the easiest one and is tagged as intermediate. All you really have to do to make is harder is go heavier. Jari herself can be a bit sickening with her Barbie doll looks but her work outs are tough. Even if you don't care for Ripped I would try another one of her harder ones like Slim and Lean. That's my personal fave of hers. HTH!:)
 
My original work out plan went completely kaput but I got in one kick butt work out none the less!

I ended up doing Lower Intensity Step warm up, heavy shoulder work, bootcamp cardio and the core from kickbox.

I have never come across a more difficult shoulder routine! I was cursin' Cathe at every turn! I managed to match her weights through out (this usually doesn't happen) but OMG the pain! LOL }( Boot camp cardio is just AWESOME and the core work from kickbox is tough. LOVED IT ALL!:)

Evening all... this has been a lonnnngggg day! Daddy is doing better. He has gotten four pints of blood and is feeling a lot better. They are going to scope him in the morning.
