Good morning everyone - I have 4DS Kickbox (all of it) on the schedule today. Do any of you read other check in threads? Sometimes I look at the Hardcore Maniacs thread. I just wondered bacause I thought it interesting that our thread had 3 posts but 6 views already this morning.

Beavs - your welcome. Is the VF rotation the same as the one that was on the link I gave you? I'm trying to get a gal from work to do the JM rotation with me next month.

Thanks for all the good wishes, ladies, and happy day to you and your DH, Annette. Pretty kooky, huh?
I finally let him off the hook and told him what day it was, and I am somewhat forgiving, he has been dealing with a huge work issue this week....but I did tell him he has to take me out to dinner to make up for it.
Back to 4DS today, Kickbox, legs and abs done. Not a bad workout, really. I felt worked out and yet it wasn't too tedious.
Now I have to psyche myself up for the last one tomorrow, 4DS HIS.

I will be getting to bed early tonight. I've allowed myself to be a sloth until Saturday when I have to turn things around. I'm upping my vitamin D and hoping for a little sunshine......I need to get out of this depressed funk and I will need to exercise to do it.
Carmen--I think the VF rotation is the same actually. I'm tempted to do that 30 day rotation and segue into P90X but every time I try to do it I think to myself "Gee, that's a lot of time to spend with that annoying Tony Horton" and then I find something else to do!

I finished the KB portion of 4DS but could not convince myself to continue on and do legs. I got as far as the dead lifts and decided to pack it in. Dont know why, just did. Actually it could have been the two soft tacos I had for a late lunch today (taco bell). I havent had Taco Bell in such a long time and man-oh-man is it bothering me. )
HIS tomorrow, cant wait, that's one of my favorite step routines.
