CLX Burn Intervals and Ab Burner for me today.

Phyllis ~ I did get my workouts in yesterday. I have been sleeping in every morning and working out after work. I'm hoping to get back to my morning workouts next week.

My sister & BIL are here but sleeping at my mom & dad's house, so no problem getting in an early morning workout .
They are here until Monday.

Tomorrow's FRIDAY!!!

Sorry to bust the pattern here, but I don't have CLX!!:eek:

I did LIC with the bonus cardio ( from the "sash series")...:cool:
 
HI gals,

I did a 31 min. total body premix off of Kelley's 30 Min. to Fitness-Weights and then did her ab workout which was about 12 min. Then I did 25 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on.

My weight is dropping again so hopefully my hormones have resettled after my cycle decided not to show up at a normal time.
