Daily check in Thurs Nov 1

Good morning Phyllis and all that follow...

I didn't get a chance to workout yesterday Phyllis. I had errands to run and didn't get home until 7. Lots and lots going on here... too much to talk about... the new system at work we went to Tuesday is driving me insane and on top of that, it isn't counting our lines correctly... (lower)... it is a nightmare. I woke up this morning about 10 til 2 and couldn't go back to sleep. The good news is I'm off next week, so I can forget the nightmare for a while.

I will work out today even if it only some abs and a TM walk. My stress level is off the scale and I need my workout.
 
Hi Jane and Phyllis. I was finally able to w/o last night and I am starting the Back to Heavy rotation over again, in hopes of actually finishing it this time. Last night was S&H Chest, back, and legs. Tonight is Step Blast....which I might substitute with Low Max depending on my mood this evening. I've missed you all and hope you have a great Thursday!
 
Good Morning Girls.

Today is a run. I have lots of DOMS right now from the last 2 days of heavy lifting so some cardio to loosen things up will feel really good. I may even do some yoga or extra stretching afterwards as well. :)

Phyllis: I am not sure if I'll follow the November rotation. If I do, I will be changing up the cardio. I'll decide by Monday when I would start it. Will you be following it?

Jane: (((HUGS)))! Wow, what a load of cr@p you are dealing with right now. You sure picked a great time to have a vacation on the horizon! Take a deep breath and do your work out. You'll feel better!:)

Beavs: Glad you are getting back in the game. Have fun with Slow and Heavy!

Patti, welcome back! Did you get Cathe's new stuff? I think I will follow her new rotation but I will be missing some of the more concentrated weight work, ie. Slow/Heavy.

BBC butt and legs is a toughie! I know I wil be sore tomorrow. I didn't enjoy the fact that the reps were not in time to the music. Oh, and they don't count reps, they did each exercise for 90 sec. I didn't like the cardio portion and only did a few minutes of it.

We survived another Candy fest! I was not happy though, we didn't get one Tootsie Roll. I love Tootsie Rolls!x(

Today was GS CT premix, BSS premix, and the core section from MM.

I am not sure what rotation I am doing this month, Cathe's newest is way too repetitive for me, and I want to use my other new workouts.
 
Afternoon Ladies.

My run is done and I am officially ready for yoga tomorrow. :)

I have created a faux P90X rotation using the new series which I will attempt to follow for the month of November. I decided against Cathe's rotation cause if I completely change and rearrange the cardio then what's left, right?

I am seriously considering doing another X rotation beginning December 1 so this rotation I've created will be good "practice". LOL

Phyllis: I do have the new Cathe and cannot wait to bust it out. I might mix up the rotation to include some of the new stuff as well as P90x and my new Slo-Mo from Amy Bento (whic looks great).

Wendy: I wouuld love to see yor rotation. I might be tempted to give it a try.
 
Hi all,

I did my own thing for biceps and triceps using the band then did a little shoulder work, and finally abs off of Leaner Legs and Power Circuit. I am still very sore from Tuesday's workout at the gym.

M: 4DS Chest and Back
T: Yoga of choice (it works better for me here then on thursdays in November)
W: 4DS Shoulders and 4DS Bis and Tris
R: Cardio of choice
F: 4DS Legs (and back by inserting various pull/chin-ups into leg work out like legs and back does)
S: Cardio-a run for me!
S: Rest

I am not applying core work to any specific days. I will just throw it in when I want to but if you really want to do it like the X then you'd put the work outs after the weight work every week.

Thanks guys... one day at a time right? and one more day is all I have so I think I'll make it.

I did 4DS LIS, core, and stretch. Good workout. I love that warm up on LIS!! Made me smile when I didn't think anything could today.
