Daily check in - Thurs last day of Aug!

Good morning all!

I was actually chilly outside yesterday! I normally try to get out for a few mins at lunch, but it was too wet and cool.

Today, I completed GS back and bis, followed by PH abs. I did my abs on the long step as suggested by Ajock. I can really feel the difference. I'll work my shoulders in another WO.

Any speculation as to when the new DVD's will be released?

No ideas on when the dvd's will be sent to us but it sure seems like they are busy and working hard to get it done in record time!! :D

Today I'm doing Lowmax , maybe skipping the blasts, since I have this cold and haven't been sleeping well lately and a GOOD stretch!!

Feeling pretty achey this morning. I have legs/abs on tap for today. I'll have to see how I feel though...don't want to push it 2 days before the race! May call a last minute rest day or do upper body instead.

I think we are all aching and groaning today! My low back feels a little twingy, I think it is time for the heating pad, again.
Today was KM and abs from KPC. I didn't hate KM as much as I usually do, and I don't know why. Maybe it is because it has been ages since I have done that one. I think that is my least used Cathe DVD.

Ok you guys, DON'T breathe on me! I'm finally starting to feel better!:p

I did LM w/o blasts on an 8"step. Also Power stretch with Tony Horton.
I'm enjoying a fruit smoothie for a post workout treat. (berries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 fresh peach, skim milk)

Connie, I sold KM....the only Cathe workout I didn't keep after trying it once. I just knew I wouldn't use it. I do the LCD's from HCE sometimes, but that's it.

How’s everyone? :) :)

This morning, I hopped on my treadmill for an hour jog ;) :eek: I really didn’t feel like doing anything else b/c my legs were a little sore from low max, had to work that out on me treadie. Tonight, I just may take the evening too rest or do GS legs. I really need to do clean max tonight lol.

Low Max, felted so good I’m going to do again tomorrow morning, I can tell already that LM is going to become one of my favorite cardio :p

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

This morning for me will me ME and CC#3. I haven't worked out in two days, but did walk around the campus a lot and I figure that going up and down dorm staircases moving in DS#2 counted for something.

This morning I did KPC wu thru first combo(ran out of time for the rest).
I am trying to get into this school schedule. Next week I will be picking up some day hours at work. I have not done that for about 12 years!:eek:

Morning everyone -

Today was a quick cardio with All Step followed by Coremax. I used a riser with AllStep which I don't normally do, but my knees felt up to it and the extra intentisty was great!

Becky - glad you're feeling better

Wendy - good luck with that race (in case I forget to say it tomorrow)!

Teddygirl - aren't you going to let everyone know you're back in your skinny jeans!! That's an accomplishment to be proud of!

Hello everyone,
I am late checking in today. I have had a very busy morning.

I am going to do Cardio and Weights dvd today. I actually really like this one. It is fun and I find if I use an 8 inch step, my heartrate definitley gets up there. I will also do some lower body leg work.

Wendy, wow, two more days until your race, how EXCITING!!!!

I received my Jari love dvd's yesterday. I will preview them tonight and probably do one tomorrow. I am a little scared:9
