Another flashin' night! Well, I slept in because the alarm clock was being so rude this morning and I was choosing to ignore it!

I did a wonderful thing last night. I put Coremax on my IPOD!! I followed directions by Varinda. She had posted them back in February and I had saved them for the right time. It was a little tricky - not terrible - and it required a little time but now I can take Cathe with me to the shore! We will be in a house with a gazillion people, but I can do my ab work without bothering anybody! http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_1.gif

Way to go Phyllis, I am happy for your accomplishment!

Today was Kelly's Cardio Sculpt. I am going to borrow a mini - tramp from a friend here at work and see how things go with that, then I may get some running shoes and use them for all my cardio, these crosstrainers are just not cutting it for support anymore. I even got some Rykas' that Cathe uses, and I feel like they are just breaking down on me.

We shall see...

Hi all,

Kinda lazy today. I did biceps, with a warm up and first 2 exercises off of Slow and Heavy to start, then did the standing alternating curls from BM (but I did them twice so 2 sets) then did the barbell curl and concentration curls off of PSBB&A and the abs only off of it too, then since no cardio was thrilling me today I did about 10 min. of a pilates workout off of Exercise TV. I just didn't feel like sweatin' buckets today, sigh.

Today I did 4DS BC Cardio only....short and sweet :D

Conni ~ I've yet to find any crosstrainers that I like either x(
