Good morning - do you believe Christmas is only 9 days away? 
Are you ready? Not me, no way!
My knee is feeling better but I'm thinking one more day of no exercise should store up some energy to hit the weights hard.
Its been so cold here I havent wanted to work out even if my knee was feeling great.
Got to go get ready for work.....by the way still havent heard anything on the jobs I applied for last month. Hopefully after the holidays the calls will start coming in, but in the mean time I am so grateful for what I have.
