Today is S&H tricep and biceps and abs.

Good Morning Ladies!

Today is 4ds premix chest/shoulders/tri & bike for cardio.

I think I'd really like spinning too. I've heard a class going on at the YMCA several times and it sounds INTENSE!~ I love the loud music for motivation .:7

Tammy, Jane said to tell you and everyone she is fine. Just taking a break from the boards right now. Work is especially stressful right now. She has the next several days off and is planning some R & R !!:D :D

Good Morning Phyllis, Tammy, Deanie, Becky & all who follow!

I have PLB, ab work and CC#1 scheduled for today -
company not here yet so I am going to try to get it all done before they show up here. They usually arrive at the break of dawn so keep your fingers crossed that they found a hotel to sleep in before they arrive so I can get at least PLB done before they get here..... feels like I'm racing against time.

I seriously need to tryto get up before 5:30 and workout instead of getting my kidlets ready for school lol:p

Does anyone know if I can get a free download of CC? I'm traveling on business at the end of the month and I know the hotel has a fitness room. I thought it would be a good time to try CC.

well I was at least able to do CC #3 they came just when I was finishing the last challenge the rest of my workout plans (PLB & abs) were squashed... I plan on doing some abs here in my bedroom floor when I get ready for bed lol
