Tammy, that sounds like a good workout !

I'm thinking of trying CLX today. I am waiting to see what the Aug. rotation is .........I might not stick with it right now, but I'm very anxious to at least try a workout !

I'm so glad it's Friday !!!

Workout is in the can ! I did Burn circuit 1 from CLX and SB abs .

I really liked it , LOVED that it was DONE in 35 minutes !:):) Lot's of energy......I just liked the feel of it.
It did seem a little easy after STS , BUT I will reserve judgement on that until I do a few more and see how I feel tomorrow.
While doing the exercises I didnt' feel like it was particularly hard but once the workout was done, my muscles were twitching and I feel tight !
So I think it's a good thing ! I feel like this was a good purchase for me !!!:)

Now............FOOD !!!!:p:D

Workout today was okay :confused:

Conni~ I really like the PUB/PLB workouts...in fact I prefer Cathe's older workouts to her new ones.

Becky~ Glad you are enjoying CLX, those shorter workout times really appeal to me. I may have to purchase them.
