I overslept :confused: This morning I'll do Lauren Brooks vol #2 smoker and ab segments. After work I'll bang out my push-ups.

Today was 45 minutes steady state cardio - I did Kari's Push - both workouts, and then Ab hits.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did Atletica and upper body segment of Squeeze Stronger. Both were great workouts - i love the squeeze DVD beyond. Atletica - tough workout but the drumming... yikes. what was she thinking?

Tammy: smoking? if it's your abs, well that's okay. if it's you... well we will need to have an intervention...

Hi Ladies - Today I did Low Impact Step and used an 8 inch step. Legs got quite the workout. :)

Tammy - I overslept today until 10 am!! Never sleep that late. I got such a late start on all the things I wanted to do today.

Connie - which rotation are you doing?

Annette - Hope you get the chance to work out this weekend.

Siobhan - I've read reviews on Athletica that the drums are annoying.

Off for a holiday pedicure....

Thanks Carmen, I did manage to get in a 40 min. walk outside this evening. Not much but something, so I can't complain, I did 5 days of cardio this week and that is good.
