Good Morning Glories!

30 DS is on the rotation for today, but alas, my shoulder is still sore. I'm going to lay off the UB weights until my shoulder feels better. If it doesn't improve over the weekend I'll make an appointment with my doctor on Monday. CC#3 for me today :)

Carmen ~ My shoulder was sore before I started the Jillian rotation and I think all the plank work just aggravated the situation :(

Tammy- I hope your shoulder feels better & you can skip the trip to the doc.

Last GS workout today......back/bicep/shoulder - then I have to decide for sure what my next rotation will be .

I'm so glad it's Friday! What's everyone's weekend/Mother's Day plans ??
 
Good morning! I'm glad Fridayis here so fast. Its a leg workout for me today.

Becky - I have no real plans for the weekend. I hope to do a little cleaning and cooking on Saturday. I may volunteer again on Saturday at the church's GED center.

Tamster - I hope you shoulder gets better soon.

Today was a rest day - I did TJ TurboSculpt and the 20 minute workout also. I love Chalene!
