Good morning everyone - So glad its Friday. Today its 4DS Bootcamp cardio only but I may do the bi's and tri's because I feel they didnt get worked earlier this week.
My lower back is sensitive this morning. I dont know if its from the KB yesterday or TOTM is coming sooner than expected.
Hope to get to Fort Myers Beach tomorrow to scout out a nice place for my Marine step son to get married in a couple of weeks. Nothing like waiting until the last minute!!
I'll check back latter to see what everyone else is doing.

Tammy - glad to hear you are progressing, don't go too fast on that back.
Carmen - When are the nuptuals? That sounds like a fun task, actually.
Today was TJ Cardio Party 2 then I went into SP 90 Ultimate Ball, doing my own stretch at the end. So far I am digging this series!!
DH was transferred to the Rehab Hospital yesterday, DS and I are going to visit tomorrow.

beachside wedding fiasco
Hi Connie - My step son has known since October that he was going to marry this girl before he goes to Afghanistan. He even asked me to send him some beach wedding information. This past sunday he called and when it was evident he had not done anything to plan for this, I told him I would help. Well....first he would not give me a definite date he would be here, then he was insistent that it had to be a sunset beach wedding and it had to be performed by one of the pastors of my church. When he finally decided on March 10th as the date, the pastors are not available and there is nothing on the beach....that's the height of the season for the beach.
When I tried to offer other alternatives he would not hear of it. So for now, we have no real wedding date. I have a call into the pastors to see when one of them is avail somewhere between March 1 to the 14th. Then he will have to settle on getting married at one of our parks with the water as a backdrop....I cant believe how something so simple got so complicated and frustrating so quickly.
So if anything, at least my husband and I will spend a nice day at the beach tomorrow pretending to look for spots....and maybe enjoy an umbrella drink or two..
