My pushups are done - week 4 day 3. I'll have to retest before I move on. Does anyone else have lower back pain when doing pushups!

Onto ME upper body split.

Today is the last day of the timesavers for me. Timesaver #5, legs. I am throwing in some pullups too!

Phyllis ~ Good for you with the pushups. Nope, no lower back pain for me with pushups. Hope that goes away for you.

Becky ~ I enjoyed this week of timesavers. How about you?

:DGOOD Morning & TGIF !

Today is TS #5, which is LEGS. If there is no core, I will add that on. Probably will sub whatever cardio , and do TM instead.

Phyllis , yes sometimes I do have backpain doing pushups. I try to remember to pull in my abs then and that usually helps. Or stop and do a quick "child's pose" stretch. but I've got a funky back and it hurts when I do most EVERYTHING anymore!:( so it doesn't surprise me when pushups aggravate it at times.

Hi Deanie! Yes, I've really enjoyed this week! Now I gotta think about what to do NEXT week ! ;)

Good morning,

KPC on the rotation today - I did Amy's ITR and the stability ball segment from KPC. I did my own ITR premix to fit it in the 75 minutes I had to work out today, so I did Combo 1, Interval 1, Combo 2, Interval 2, then went right to the third combo, etc, instead of combining 1-2 like Amy does. That gets boring for me anyways, I really like it better when she just moves on. I think she does that in Hi/lo Dome challenge too.

TGIF!!!!
 
Timesaver #5 is done and there was no cardio! It was 48 minutes of killer legs and abs!
So with shaky legs I head to the shower and then off to get groceries !:cool:

Dh works 1/2 day today so I'm hoping we can take a LONG walk this afternoon.

Well,

I just wasn't in the mood today, but I did about 31+ min. of taebo with weighted gloves on for my workout. I just wasn't feelin' it at all but I did something.

I think I miss my dh and he has only been gone for 1 day, sigh.

IM#3 was on the rotation this morning, but I LOATHE that workout so I did the Double Cardio PM from 4 DS HIS/LIS...that is a great premix.

Man I didn't see this thread but anyways I ended up doing The Kettlebell Way w/ my 15# bell. I really enjoyed that one.

I didn't get up and start my day until mid morning due to imbibing on some wine last night.
