KPC on the rotation today - I did Amy's ITR and the stability ball segment from KPC. I did my own ITR premix to fit it in the 75 minutes I had to work out today, so I did Combo 1, Interval 1, Combo 2, Interval 2, then went right to the third combo, etc, instead of combining 1-2 like Amy does. That gets boring for me anyways, I really like it better when she just moves on. I think she does that in Hi/lo Dome challenge too.
