Cardio day for me - SB is on the rotation, but I don't feel like doing all the learning stuff before the combos. I think I'll do the finished combos and the step work from SJP. If that isn't enough, I'll add the RS challenge.

Annette - 8 bags! Wow! Was it all your stuff or mixed?

TGIF!!!

I'm on my way to the Fingerlakes for the weekend. I had hoped to get up early and get a treadmill run in before we leave, but as usual I couldn't get out of bed this morning :mad:

Phyllis ~ Hope you enjoyed your workout. I enjoyed revisiting the BM#2 cardio yesterday.
