Daily Check in TGIF Nov 2

Good Morning Ladies.

Phyllis: Trying something new with an evening work out? Enjoy PUB! Have fun doing Cathe's latest rotation. I am starting a new rotation on Monday as well.

Beavs: I posted my rotation for you in y'day's thread-just incase you didn't see it yet.

Today is yoga only. My body is beat after 2 days of intense lifting and an intense run y'day so I need it!

Phyllis: Thanks! LOL A Catheite saw it and thought of me so she posted it for me! I jumped on it. It's also my wallpaper on my pc now! I thought it was hysterical and soooo true. :7 :7 :7
 
Good morning, TGIF everyone!

I am doing the November Rotation from 2005, a Fat burning focus. I will be tweeking it here and there, using my newer workouts. Today was KPC, but I did Kelly's Step Boxing ( the first one). After loving the second one I wanted to revisit this one to see how it compared. FUN!!

Have a great day, looks like a date night for my DH and myself, so hopefully I will be hitting the hotel treadmill for tomorrow's cardio.

Hello to everyone and I wish you a great weekend.
Today is a rest day since I doubled up some the of the "Back to Heavy" w/o rotations. Tomorrow I will do bicep and triceps as well as hang out with the Big S (Coach Sean that is).

I think Sunday I will do some kick boxing.

Where has Tammy been?
 
Hi y'all. I might try to join in, if you don't mind. I'm not doing any specific rotation, so I guess the daily check in is the place to be.

Yesterday I did my own upper body routine, plus the abs from PUB. This evening I'll do PLB, and hopefully a nice long stretch. It's all weights for about a week, I guess. Keep your fingers crossed that I don't go nuts from no cardio.
