Hi everyone...
I may have a lonely check in today, it is after 10 am and no one else has chimed on yet, so I am expecting a somewhat quiet thread..
Today was a rest day, but I did ASC 3 Premix number 3 ( 70 minutes), Warm up, Combos 1-3, Combo 5, Power ups, Ab section 1, cool down and stretch. I think it was longer than 70 minutes though, but I can't be exact. Anyways, considering the cardio in this workout is really long, I found this to be a good premix to tighten it all up. I will say that I enjoy combo 4 better than the vertical combo 5, imo, though.
Church this morning, doing some cleaning now, going to look at rescue dogs this afternnoon, and that is about as wild as my Sunday is getting..
