The sun is shining and it is a perfectly crisp fall day here. I would love to go to the apple farm today.

Today will be an active rest day with Eion Finn's Magically Hips.

This morning I did a lower body mish-mosh that included 200 walking lunges and B&G's ankle weight and stability ball work. Hurts so good!}(

I will do either half of an Imax or a BBC cardio when Joey goes down for his nap.

Good morning fitness folks....

Change in plans today. DD contracted an intestinal illness yesterday that has left her feeling weak and washed out today so no mountain hike. Instead, I hit the road outside for one hour of walk/run intervals. I forgot how HARD it was to run outside since I got my TM almost one year ago. I really feel like I've lost something but I'll get it back. I just need to run outside more when the weather permits.

I'm off to do the power circuits from BM2 w/o the weights!

Jane: Running outdoors is definately different (tougher) then running on a TM. Try to get out there even just a couple times a month and you should be fine!
