Daily check in....Sunday, November 20

I start the check-in today. Yesterday was a "rest" day. I went shoping with my mother. I bought two pullovers, aerobic shoes and the Harry Potter book Harry Potter and the goblet of fire. I am doing the November rotation. Today I will do KPC, TAEBO and Turbo Jam to substitute 40 minutes of running, 20 minutes of abs hits and a segment of SM. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Hi Mariangelese: Sounds like a fun day. I can't believe you do all that in one day. How long does your workout take?

Today is ME for me. That's always a killer. For me definetely the hardest of the intensity series. Today I finish the 6th week of my come back and Monday start week 7 :) Went shopping for jeans yesterday and they fit.

I decided, I'm not going to see the seperated guy again. I don't think we should even be friends at this time. Fortunately he was open/honest and this all came up early before things had gone too far. The way things were going with us and the fact he has unresolved feelings for his wife, and now that she heard about me, wants to see him again, would just lead to heartbreak for one or more of us. Its strange she isn't giving up her b/f but wants to try to work things out with my friend - not for me to judege. They need to try to rebuild the trust without another person (I know I don't want to be the other person). I think he is thinking the same as we didn't talk yesterday and pretty sure we won't today. We will have the talk on Monday. The cool thing is I found out that part of me isn't dead. With all the stress of last year and losing my boyfriend/best friend to cancer 5 years ago, I figured my time had passed me by. My son still needs to be #1 until he graduates, but maybe then I'll meet someone.

Robyn...welcome! You are right as ME is a killer workout! I think you made the right decision about your friend. I read your other thread and was in a similar type thing way back when!! I didn't relpy as I didn't have much to add and it was 27 years ago. Needless to say he went back to his wife and I eventually met my future DH 6 months later and we will be married 25 years next month! You have been thru alot and this might have been just more heartache and you deserve happiness...:)


So I am running 10-12 miles on some trails today. We have had such nice weather. It was 79 yesterday!! Have a great day and "Hi" to all that follow....:)...Carole
 
Hi Robyn, Carole, and everyone who post later.Robyn I don't know the lenght of my workouts but they are usually extra-long. ME is a great and challenging workout.I love the sadistic Cathe's laugh during the biceps curls. Carole great workout as usual. I have just done KPC except the stability ball abs, Kick Max (to low the high impact I substituted the jumping jacks and the running in place marching in place) and 15 minutes of abs hits ( the abs of MIS, Body Max and the abs of power crcuit). Later I will do TJ 20 minute workout, the standing segment of TJ ab jam and stationary bike. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Today is the first time since wednesday that I have worked out. :(

I was doing the express premix of ME on wednesday but had to cut it short after the biceps so I finished that one off today.

I wanted to get in some cardio too but I don't think that will happen. Starting Cathe's November rotation fresh tomorrow I think...or may just re-do week 2 since that's where I "fell off the wagon" and then repeat week # 1 at the end.

Ouch! My arms were sore at the grocery store just carrying the basket around :( PUB Sat and ME Sunday is killing me :)

Carole thanks for the relationship thoughts... I emailed my friend - we communicate a lot via email, IM so it made sense. I was afraid I wouldn't say what I needed to in person.

Ha! I realize I accidently posted to this rather than the personal rotation. You seem like a great group - I think I'll stick with this one :)
