Good morning everyone,

We did our tree yesterday also, Tammy, and it really looks great, probably the best ever. We say that every year, but it is so nice to have the house all decorated.

Today is Amy's ASC 3 and the tubing ab section, I think.

Gotta wrap gifts, make more cookies, do some cleaning, and wait to see what Cathe puts out for December. I really need a rotation to get through the holidays.

Good morning all. I got a 25 lb kettle bell (GoFit) for Chanukah and I'm anxious to try it out today. We had a nice celebration on Fri. My dad and sister flew up from Fla and good time was had by all.

Yes, I'm curious about the December rotation also. I'll bet it will be a timesaver kind of rotation.
