Where in Florida are you headed Tamster? I would love a vacation this year, but we have enough going on right here at home.

Today is a cardio, I think Christi hi/lo heaven and Amy's Ab section 2.

Having the Inlaws over today for a cookout. Should be a pleasant afternoon.

I am going to try AOS Newport this morning. It will then be the usual early Sunday dinner at MIL's house. My boss' dad died, so we will be attending the viewing and funeral services this afternoon.

Dh & I had a good 50 minute hike !!! It's very humid today and there were a lot of big hills, so it was a good workout !

We grilled out and I've been a slug ever since !

Hey everybody!

I feel like I'm so far behind. Due to laziness Friday and no time yday (after work spent the afternoon/evening with the grandkids), I did Friday's w/o today, STS back and biceps... about to do some abs... need cardio in the worse way but that isn't going to happen today.

RAIN RAIN AND MORE RAIN in NC ..... it has been one RAINY MAY!
