I finally worked out today! PS chest, shoulders, triceps and CC#3.
I'm going to do the third week of the May rotation this week and take it from there... I've been off the wagon now for several weeks and I think the wagon ran over me!
I did get sick with an upper respiratory virus on May 9th and I still don't have my voice all the way back. The coughing kept me from doing much exercise last week(and I was off work). I did try step one day and got hot and started coughing too bad. But it felt good today and I hope I can get back into some sort of a routine again. I hate it when I do this.....
