Good morning everyone,

Not a good day for my back, I think I overdid it yesterday with BC, so I am paying for it dearly today. I did LM 1-2, then Marcus Irwin 1 section of Airborne, 2 ab hits and coremax 1. Was I all over the place today or what????

Becky - I hope you are watching the sun rise over the ocean today, I love to do that at the OBX.

Wendy - How did the race go??
 
Good Morning Fit Chicks!

I know for sure I'm doing yoga and abs this morning (was too wasted from iClimb BC yesterday to do them). I may throw something else into the mix too.

Conni ~ I'm sorry you are still plagued by back pain. I think my workout today will be eclectic too :eek: :eek:
 
Hi Gals!

Today will be GSBS&B timesaver. Yes, I pushed it off yet *AGAIN* yesterday since we decided NOT to sleep up at my SIL's last night so I knew I'd be home this morning to do it! I will probably do some abs as well and maybe even sneak in an extra cardio just for fun.:p

Connie: The race went well. I ran it slow. I was not in it for speed to begin with plus it was a hot day with very little shade along the route. Beautiful scenery, flat road. I would do it again. I used my garmin so I'd know how long it took me to actually run the 5 miles and it took 55 mins. My official time was more since I am a slow poke and always start at the back of the line but I haven't seen those results yet. I was just happy to get out there and do it!:)

Tammy: So how is IClimb BC? You like it? So far I have Tread-n-Tush and IClimb BC on my list to get next!}(
 
Hi ladies,

Today will be KPC/LG premix. Then I'm going to a bday lunch for my moms bf. I also might try to get in another walk. It felt good yesterday.

Wendy glad you enjoyed your race. What is a garmin?

Connie hope your back feel better soon.

Tammy enjoy your yoga? Did DS enjoy his overnight orientation stay?

G/'morning all.

I will rest today. I wanted to do Step works, but I had a headache and really didn't want to do anything today.

My HRM is acting funny and I think I need a new battery in the wrist unit. Has anyone sent their's to polar for the battery thing or do you take it to a jewelry store? I thought it was the chest strap battery, but I changed that and it didn't help. My reading s will bo from 00 to 279???

I ended up doing StepWorks, Eion Finn's PY4H Magically Hips and some ab work.

Phyllis ~ I've never sent my HRM back to Polar. I need a new battery for the chest strap, but keep forgetting to buy one.

Jenn ~ Those KPC/LG premixes are awesome. I'm not sure if DS#3 liked orientation or not. He came home completely exhausted and I think pre-college jitters are settling in. I remember DS#2 went thru the exact same thing last summer and then ended up LOVING college & dorm life. Hopefully, the same will hold true for DS#3.

Wendy ~ iClimb#14 Bootcamp is AWESOME!!!! I also have iTread n Tush#19 and iClimbCore.....they are also great. I highly recommend all three }(

Jenn: Garmin is the name of a company that makes a GPS watch that tracks your mileage, speed and time when you run. It's very cool and extremely helpful when running outdoors. :)

I have to go clean out my car now...I'm NOT looking forward to it. I am well-known to keep a messy car so it's always a bit frightening when I actually get around to cleaning it out!:p
